UP witnesses dengue outbreak

Dengue has knocked in many districts of Uttar Pradesh. Hundreds of patients are hospitalized in the state. CM Yogi Adityanath has held a meeting with the top officials of the Health Department on Thursday in this regard. Where he has given instructions to complete other essential facilities including beds and medicines in hospitals. Know what is the condition of the districts of Ghaziabad, Etah, Jaunpur regarding dengue.

Dengue cases increasing in Ghaziabad

About 200 cases of dengue have been reported in Ghaziabad so far this month. They are also being given first aid. At the same time, patients in critical condition are also being treated in the emergency ward. A 10-bed dengue ward is also fully prepared in Ghaziabad District Hospital. In which dengue patients are treated. Along with this, fogging work is also being done where dengue patients are coming.

Dengue speed under control in Tajnagri

Even though many districts of the state are lightened by the sting of dengue, but the speed of dengue in Agra is currently under control. In view of the previous record of dengue, Piku ward has been made in the district hospital. Along with this, the Health Department had also made preparations to deal with dengue in time. This is the reason that there are only three dengue patients in Tajnagri Agra. Earlier last week this number was eight.

According to Dr. Ashok Agarwal, CMS of the District Hospital, a suspected patient from Delhi had come to the District Hospital, which turned out to be negative in the test report. At present there are four suspected patients, who are undergoing treatment. Only last week, a team of specialist doctors from Delhi had come to Tajnagri from Delhi to review the preparedness to deal with dengue. During this, the team had given a clean chit to the Agra Health Department.

In Etawah, the health department is gearing up for dengue, but in Parsua village of Jaswantnagar area, every household is suffering from fever, whether it is dengue or viral fever. According to the villagers, 2 to 3 people have died due to fever in the village. For the treatment of this village, patients are either going to Saifai PGI or reaching Agra, Kanpur or district headquarters.

On the other hand, 18 beds have been prepared in the disaster ward in the district hospital regarding dengue, in which patients are being treated. So far, 2 patients are suffering from dengue in the district hospital. His treatment is going on.

Neetu Dubey, a pathologist at the district hospital, said that 602 patients were tested for dengue in our district hospital from September 1 to October 25. In which 71 patients have been tested positive, whose ELISA test has been sent to Saifai PGI. Dengue infant ward and other wards have been made in the district hospital. in which patients are being treated. Patients who have low platelets are referred for Saifai PGI.
