After investing $60 million in the California-based EV manufacturer, the Delhi-based business partnered with the California-based business in September 2022. In accordance with the original agreement, Zero would supply the technology for electric motorcycles. The launch of Zero's premium line in India is now part of the two firms' expanded partnership.
“We will be bringing the Zero portfolio into India. We will be manufacturing its products in India too. With Zero as our partner, we look forward to accelerating the transition to electric mobility in India and across our global markets,” Said Hero MotoCorp in its annual report.
