Hero MotoCorp: At this year’s EICMA 2023, Hero Motocorp debuted the new Vida V1 Coupe. The V1 Pro is Hero’s electric mobility subsidy, and for those who are unaware, it is marketed under the Vida brand. In this article, we will compare it with one of the best-selling electric scooters in India, the Ola S1 Pro. Read on to know which one is better.

Powertrain details
The Vida V1 Coupe has a top speed of 80 km/h and can accelerate from 0 to 40 km/h in 3.2 seconds.
An 11 kW motor installed on the frame powers the S1 Pro Gen 2. With a top speed of 120 kmph, the e-scooter can accelerate in 2.6 seconds from 0 to 40 kmph. A 4 kWh battery pack with a stated real-world range of up to 180 km (Eco Mode) is included. However, the stated range of ARAI is 195 km. The battery pack requires around 6.5 hours to fully charge.
Features onboard
The features of the Vida V1 Coupe are identical to those of the base model. It has cruise control, keyless start, Boost mode, and a 7-inch touchscreen.
The Ola S1 Pro Gen 1 boasts a sophisticated full-LED lighting system and a 7-inch touch-enabled TFT display that can be used to interact with smartphones via Bluetooth, and WiFi, LTE, and GPS capabilities. Reverse mode, Get Home mode, Take Me Home illumination, side-stand detection and anti-theft alerts, geofencing, and a Limp Home mode are among the noteworthy features. Three riding modes (Bolt, Vintage, and Eclipse), proximity-based unlocking, simulated motor sounds, hill hold assist, three levels of regenerative braking, Hypercharging (which gives 50 km of range in just 15 minutes), Bluetooth calling, and even key sharing are all included in the MoveOS 3.0 OTA update.
Price and launch in India
The Vida V1 Coupe, which would cost a little bit more than the V1 Pro, is anticipated to be released by Hero in India at some point in the upcoming year.
The price range for the Ola S1 Pro is Rs. 1.39 Lakh to Rs. 1.47 Lakh.
