Himachal CM Jai Ram Thakur Mets PM Modi

Himachal Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur has met Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Also, the CM has invited the Prime Minister to visit Himachal on May 31. On May 31 Modi government is completing the tenure of eight year. During this, many important topics including ‘Khalistan’ were discussed.

At the same time, the reaction of Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur has come on the incident of Dharamshala assembly today. The CM has said that in view of this incident, the state police has achieved great success. He said that an accused in this incident has been arrested from Punjab this morning.

He said that the accused has admitted to the allegations of painting Khalistani flag and mural on the wall in Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh Assembly Complex.

The Chief Minister said that with the joint efforts of Himachal Pradesh Police and Punjab Police, the second accused Vineet Singh would also be found and arrested soon. Jai Ram Thakur said that the State Police has obtained search and arrest warrants from the competent court of Dharamsala by following all the legal procedures.

On the morning of May 8, some pictures were revealed from the assembly complex of Himachal Pradesh, in which it could be seen that where Khalistani flags were tied at the main gate of the building, slogans were written on the walls from outside. This incident caused a stir. The walls were immediately painted after removing the flags. At the same time, after the preliminary investigation, it was announced to set up an investigation of the SIT immediately in the case.
