Honda e:Ny1: According to a recent announcement from Honda, the brand-new e:Ny1 electric B-SUV will have an integrated axle drive from Vitesco Technologies. The new Honda ‘e:N Architecture F’ platform will be built on this integrated axle drive, also referred to as the third-gen EMR3. The e:Ny1 is expected to launch in Europe in October of this year.

In their brand-new e:Ny1 electric B-SUV, Honda has revealed that they will be utilising an integrated axle drive. Vitesco Technologies will supply this third-generation EMR3 (electronic motor reducer), which will serve as the foundation of the new “e:N Architecture F” architecture.
Specifications
Honda‘s axle drives will offer a peak output of 150 kW (about 200 bhp) and 310 Nm despite their small size and 76kg weight. The e:Ny1 is capable of a maximum limited speed of 160 kmph thanks to this specification. A maximum driving range of 412 km is anticipated for the new e:N Architecture F, a front-axle drive platform, when put through the WLTP test
Launch in Europe
In October 2023, the e:Ny1 with European specifications will be released.
