Honda to launch two new cars next year to strengthen its grip in the Indian automobile market, Details

2024 will see the introduction of two new Honda models in the Indian market: the New-Gen Amaze and a new compact SUV.

Honda: The Elevate was just introduced to the Indian market by Honda Cars India. The Japanese automaker is back in the game thanks to the mid-size SUV, which is well-received by consumers. In keeping with the current trend, Honda is anticipated to release a new SUV in the nation in 2024. Furthermore, the Amaze compact sedan is anticipated to receive a facelift next year. In this article, we will tell you all we know about these upcoming cars.

Honda WRV

A compact SUV that competes with the Tata Nexon, Maruti Brezza, and other models may debut next year. This compact SUV might be the Honda WR-V that was introduced to the Southeast Asian market. Like the new Amaze, the WR-V is anticipated to be built on the PF-2 platform. Expect an external design that carries the family vibe, much like the Elevate. To draw in customers, Honda will need to provide high-quality features and interiors. In terms of specifications, the 1.2-litre naturally aspirated engine with a manual and CVT gearbox is to be expected. We expect the car to launch in the second half of 2024.

Next-Gen Honda Amaze

It’s possible that the improved PF2 platform will serve as the foundation for the new Amaze. In terms of styling, we should anticipate a more angular shape and a larger grille, similar to other recent Honda models. It may have the same engine as the present model in terms of specifications. The Amaze is currently solely a petrol-powered sedan after the diesel was removed. A new internal arrangement with a floating screen design is probably going to be visible aside from this. We expect it to go on sale by mid-2024.
