The 2.0-litre petrol engine has been replaced by a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine (160PS/253Nm) linked with a six-speed manual or a seven-speed DCT (dual-clutch automatic), and a 1.5-litre diesel engine (115PS/250Nm) paired with either a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic. These engines now include a function to start and stop the idle engine. Three driving modes (City, Sport, and Eco) and as many traction modes are available (Snow, Sand and Mud).

Features and Safety

The Alcazar has a 10.25-inch touchscreen system, a 10.25-inch digital instrument panel, auto climate control, wireless phone charging, and cruise control. Ventilated front seats and a voice-activated panoramic sunroof are further features.

Six airbags, hill-start assist control, electronic stability control, all-wheel disc brakes, and ISOFIX child seat anchors are all standard safety features of the Alcazar. Moreover, it has a TPMS, a rear parking camera, and ABS with EBD as part of its safety features.

In India, the Hyundai Alcazar costs between 16.10 and 20.85 lakh rupees. The Hyundai Alcazar comes in a variety of trim levels, with the 2.0 Petrol Prestige Exe 7S MT starting at 16.10 lakh and the 1.5 Diesel Platinum (O) 6-Seater AT costing up to 20.85 lakh.
