Hyundai Creta EV: Hyundai’s next electric car, the Creta EV, has been spotted conducting test drives on Indian roads. The recently revealed facelifted ICE-powered CRETA served as inspiration for the prototype’s design. In this article,e we will share all we know about the upcoming EV.

Hyundai Creta EV expected powertrain details

It is anticipated that the electric motor will be shared by the entry-level KONA Electric that is sold internationally.
One front-axle mounted motor with a power output of roughly 138 horsepower and 255 Nm will power the CRETA EV.

Design details

The full-width DRL and taillight components seen on the ICE-powered vehicle will be present on the Creta EV, based on the spy images. The updated mid-size SUV will be strikingly similar to its overall look. KONA Electric-like closed-off grille with possible off-centre charging outlet is one of the design peculiarities that stand out. The electric vehicle will also have alloy wheels with aerodynamic tuning; these wheels maybe 17 or 18 inches in diameter.
