Hyundai Verna 2023: The new Hyundai Verna will make its Indian premiere on March 21 according to Hyundai Motor India. Bookings for the upcoming sedan have already been started by the company.

The Honda City, Skoda Slavia, Volkswagen Virtus, and Maruti Suzuki Ciaz are some of the most powerful cars in India's mid-size sedan market. They are all going up against the Hyundai Verna.

All about the Hyundai Verna 2023

Design

There is a new blacked-out grille, LED headlamps, and LED strips along the length of the car's face. The new Verna has a coupe-like appearance when you see it from the side. New taillamps are present in the back, and the boot lid is once more covered in LED strips. The front and back bumpers have also been updated.

Specifications

Four different powertrain options will be available for the brand-new Hyundai Verna. According to the firm, a 1.5 Turbo GDi Petrol engine with 6MT and 7DCT would be released. The 6MT and IVT transmissions for the 1.5 MPi Petrol engine will be offered. According to Hyundai India, all powertrains are RDE-compliant, eco-friendly, and capable of running on E20 fuel.

Variants and colour options

There are four models of the new Hyundai Verna: EX, S, SX, and SX (O). Seven monochromatic and a few dual-tone colour variations are available. The three new monotone colours are Abyss Black, Atlas White, and Tellurian Brown.

Price in India

The 2023 Hyundai Verna price is anticipated to start at Rs 9.99 lakh and go as high as Rs 16 lakh, compared to the existing Hyundai Verna's price range of Rs 9.64 lakh to Rs 15.72 lakh (ex-showroom).
