Engine details

The 1.5-litre petrol engine with 115 PS and 144 Nm of torque, the 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol engine with 140 PS and 242 Nm of torque, and the 1.5-litre diesel engine with 115 PS and 250 Nm of torque are all offered by Kia for the Seltos. A standard 6-speed manual transmission is included with every engine. Additional transmission choices for the NA petrol engine include a new 6-speed iMT and CVT, a 7-speed DCT for the turbo-petrol, and a 6-speed automatic for the diesel.

A 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine with 115 PS, a 1.5-litre diesel engine with 116 PS and a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine with 160 PS are the three powertrain choices available for the Kia Carens. The other two models, the NA petrol and the iMT clutchless manual, only have a six-speed manual transmission option. When it comes to automatic transmissions, the turbo-petrol engine is paired with a seven-speed DCT, while the diesel engine is given a six-speed torque converter.

Features

The 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system in Kia’s SUV features connected car technology. It also has an air purifier, ambient lighting, heated front seats, a power-adjustable driver seat, and an eight-speaker Bose audio system. A sunroof, a smartwatch connection, an eight-inch heads-up display, and a remote engine starting are additional features on the list.

The 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system includes wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a digital instrument cluster, cruise control, and electric one-touch folding second-row seats. Additionally, it has a single-pane sunroof, ventilated front seats, and ambient lighting with 64 colour options.
