Engine details
The Sonet and the Venue both have the same powertrains: an 83 PS 1.2 L petrol, a 120 PS 1.0 L turbo petrol, and a 116 PS/250 Nm 1.5 L diesel. A 6-speed iMT and a 7-speed DCT are responsible for the transmission (with the 1-litre turbo-petrol). While the diesel engine may be had with either a 6-speed AT or an iMT, the 1.2-litre petrol engine can only be had with a 5-speed manual.

Among the features available in the Sonet are a single-pane sunroof, a wireless phone charger, auto air conditioning with rear vents, and linked car technology. Besides such features, the car has an air purifier, heated front seats, and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
