Gold and Silver Price: After becoming expensive in the wedding season, gold and silver have started getting cheaper once again. In this trading week, the price of gold fell by Rs 1,129 per 10 grams, while the price of silver fell by Rs 3424 per kg. According to the information given by the India Bullion and Jewelers Association, since the beginning of this trading week, the rate of 24-carat gold has come down from Rs 53,603 to Rs 52,474 per 10 grams till Friday. At the same time, the price of silver of 999 purity has come down from Rs 70,109 to Rs 66,685 per kg this week.
