The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has issued a fresh reminder to homebuyers and investors, urging them to apply quickly for the Anant Nagar Yojana, as only four days remain before the registration window closes. The last date to apply is January 12, 2026, and interest in the scheme continues to remain strong.
According to LDA, more than 5,600 people have already shown interest in the third phase of Anant Nagar Yojana, which offers 637 residential plots. With demand significantly exceeding the number of available plots, the authority has advised eligible applicants not to miss this opportunity.
