Nag Panchami 2022: The festival of Nag Panchami is celebrated every year on the fifth day of Shukla Paksha of Sawan month. This time the festival of Nag Panchami is on 02 August 2022. According to the scriptures, the measures taken on the day of Nag Panchami are considered to be the most suitable day for the peace of Kaal Sarp and Rahu Dosha. There are some such yogas in Vedic astrology which are considered very inauspicious. One such defect is Kaal Sarp Dosh.
If Kaal Sarp Dosh is present in the person’s horoscope, the person has to face many problems. One has to struggle a lot. Luck is not supported and a sense of despair starts to arise in the mind. Nag Panchami is celebrated on the fifth day of Sawan Shukla Paksha.
It is believed that by worshiping Kaal Sarp Dosh on the day of Nag Panchami, a person gets rid of this defect.

Nag Panchami in Shiva Yoga
According to astrological calculations, this time two auspicious yogas are being formed on Nag Panchami Tithi. According to astrologers, Shiva Yoga and Siddhi Yoga are being formed on Nag Panchami on 2nd August. Shiv Yoga will remain till 06.39 pm on 02nd August, after that Siddhi Yoga will start. It is believed that by worshiping Shiva in Shiva Yoga and worshiping the deity of Nag on Nag Panchami, one gets freedom from Kaal Sarp Dosh from the horoscope.
In the scriptures, worship on the day of Nag Panchami proves to be very beneficial for getting rid of Kaal Sarp Dosh. On the day of Nag Panchami, keep Shri Yantra at the place of worship for the prevention of Kaal Sarp Dosh. Offer milk at Nag Mandir on Nag Panchami. Make pudding in a bronze plate and donate it by placing a silver snake in the middle. Worship Shiva. Donate quarter meter blue cloth, coconut, black sesame, glass, white sandalwood, black white blanket, mustard oil, seven grains. Get Rudrabhishek done on Surya-lunar eclipse or Nag Panchami, keep a pair of silver snake-serpent in a copper vessel filled with honey and immerse it after worship.

1- ब्रह्मलोकेषु ये सर्पा शेषनाग परोगमा: ।
नमोस्तुतेभ्य: सर्पेभ्य: सुप्रीतो मम सर्वदा
इन्द्रलोकेषु ये सर्पा: वासुकि प्रमुखाद्य: ।
नमोस्तुतेभ्य: सर्पेभ्य: सुप्रीतो मम सर्वदा
2- कद्रवेयश्च ये सर्पा: मातृभक्ति परायणा ।
नमोस्तुतेभ्य: सर्पेभ्य: सुप्रीतो मम सर्वदा ।।
इन्द्रलोकेषु ये सर्पा: तक्षका प्रमुखाद्य ।
नमोस्तुतेभ्य: सर्पेभ्य: सुप्रीतो मम सर्वदा ।।
3- सत्यलोकेषु ये सर्पा: वासुकिना च रक्षिता ।
नमोस्तुतेभ्य: सर्पेभ्य: सुप्रीतो मम सर्वदा ।।
मलये चैव ये सर्पा: कर्कोटक प्रमुखाद्य ।
नमोस्तुतेभ्य: सर्पेभ्य: सुप्रीतो मम सर्वदा ।।
4- पृथिव्यां चैव ये सर्पा: ये साकेत वासिता ।
नमोस्तुतेभ्य: सर्पेभ्य: सुप्रीतो मम सर्वदा ।।
सर्वग्रामेषु ये सर्पा: वसंतिषु संच्छिता ।
नमोस्तुतेभ्य: सर्पेभ्य: सुप्रीतो मम सर्वदा ।।
5- ग्रामे वा यदि वारण्ये ये सर्पप्रचरन्ति ।
नमोस्तुतेभ्य: सर्पेभ्य: सुप्रीतो मम सर्वदा ।।
समुद्रतीरे ये सर्पाये सर्पा जंलवासिन: ।
नमोस्तुतेभ्य: सर्पेभ्य: सुप्रीतो मम सर्वदा ।।
