Preparations for the Vidhansabha Secretariat for the winter session starting from 29th November have been completed. So far more than 500 questions have been received from the MLAs of the party and the opposition. Many bills and ordinances will also be tabled in the session by the government.
Assembly has so far received more than 500 questions
Vidhansabha Speaker Ritu Khanduri Bhushan told the media that like before, all the preparations of Vidhansabha Secretariat for the winter session are complete. We hope that the session will go well with the cooperation of the parties and the opposition. The assembly has so far received more than 500 questions from the legislators.
All the MLAs will convey the issues related to their area to the government. The speaker said that due to extreme cold in Gairsain, the winter session is being organized in Dehradun. It will be our endeavor that the next session will be held in Gairsain.
Bills and ordinances will also be presented in the house on behalf of the government
On the other hand, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Premchand Aggarwal said that the winter session will continue till December 5. The session is important as there is supplementary budget as well as legislative work in the session. Bills and ordinances will also be presented in the house on behalf of the government.
