Union Minister Anurag Thakur on Saturday targeted the Congress and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), alleging that the aim of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is to develop all communities. Targeting Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal, he said, Arvind Kejriwal’s ‘Hindutva’ was fake and the ideology of the Delhi government was nothing but a sham. Thakur said that the BJP will continue to win seats and people’s hearts.
Condemning the Congress’s bad efforts in the past, Thakur said that Priyanka Gandhi was not even a part of the Bharat Jodo Yatra led by former Congress president Rahul Gandhi in Telangana.
Speaking to India Today, Anurag Thakur said that AAP’s national convener has denied everything he stood for or against. He said that Arvind Kejriwal also takes a ‘U-turn’ from his election resolutions and ideologies. He also accused Kejriwal of fabricating his election promises according to the mood of the state. Earlier, Anurag Thakur on Saturday targeted Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, calling him a symbol of anarchy.

Information and Broadcasting Minister Thakur was responding to a question during a press conference regarding Kejriwal’s appeal to include pictures of Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Ganesha on the notes. Thakur said, Arvind Kejriwal who used to oppose the construction of the (grand) Ram temple, is a symbol of anarchy. He talks fake. He is adopting such a tactic to divert the attention of the people from his fake talk.
The Union minister asked Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo Kejriwal whether his government would give Rs 18,000 to temple priests, gurudwara glands and church priests on the lines of clerics in Delhi. On the Congress chargesheet against the Jai Ram Thakur-led Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led government in Himachal Pradesh, Thakur said, whose national leadership is out on bail, has no moral right to issue charge sheets against others.
He further said that the double engine government has taken all necessary steps for the all-round development of Himachal Pradesh and BJP led government to come to power again is necessary to carry forward the pace of development. The Union Minister said that the power of the double engine government is visible in every field.
