Madhya Pradesh Assembly Elections 2023: PM Modi’s Economic Goal for India, Says ‘I will take the country’s economy to top position’

India's economy will dominate the world during Prime Minister Modi's third term, establishing a bold economic strategy.

Madhya Pradesh Assembly Elections 2023: On Wednesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave his word that, during his third term, India’s economy will rank first in the world. Addressing a political rally in Madhya Pradesh’s Damoh, PM Modi said, “India became world’s 5th largest economy after 2014, leaving behind the UK which ruled the country for 200 years. In my third tenure, I will take the country’s economy to top position in the world.”

India Receives Global Acclaim and Praise

The prime minister added that India is praised everywhere, even in space. “Today, praises are being sung of India in the whole world. India’s Chandrayaan-3 has reached where no other nation has reached. The G20 summit held in India is being talked about by all. Our sportspersons are setting new records every day,” he said. After the BJP took power in the national capital in 2014, PM Modi went on, saying that he “punctured all the tyres of Congress’ corrupt machinery.” “We created a ‘trishakti’ of Aadhaar, bank accounts and mobile that Congress‘ corrupt machine could not bear,” the prime minister stated.

PM Modi’s Sharp Critique

Stepping up his criticism of Congress, PM Modi said, “This is the time to remain beware of the Congress party. It is that party that snatches money belonging to the poor, indulges in scams, and divides the society for chair; for Congress, the development of a state and the nation is not important.” “Congress president is controlled by a remote. He can’t do much. When the remote works, he abuses Sanatan (Dharma). Yesterday, when the remote was not working he spoke about Pandavas and said there are five Pandavas in BJP. We are proud that we are walking on the path laid by the Pandavas,” the Prime Minister said. On November 17, elections are planned for the 230-member Madhya Pradesh Assembly. The BJP and Congress will engage in a fierce battle in the state. PM Modi will speak at rallies later on Wednesday at the Gwalior-Chambal region’s Guna and Morena.
