Mamta Banerjee gets another blow, five MLAs including TMC MLA from Singur join BJP

The battle between the BJP and the ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC) is continuing for the West Bengal assembly elections. The Trinamool Congress supremo and Bengal Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee have once again suffered a major setback. Singur MLA Rabindranath Bhattacharya, former Habibpur TMC candidate Sarla Murmu, footballer Dipendu Vishwas, MLA Sonali Guha, MLA Jutu Lahiri, MLA Sheetal Sardar, actress Tanushree Chakraborty, several members of Malda Zilla Parishad joined the BJP on Monday. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Monday criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi (Narendra Modi) for 'spreading lies and rumors' against the Trinamool Congress government.
