Just a day ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Madhya Pradesh's tribal-dominated Shahdol district, BJP national president JP Nadda was on Friday in another tribal part of the same assembly-polling state.
Nadda held a roadshow and addressed a rally in tribal-dominated Khargone
Nadda held a roadshow and addressed a rally in tribal-dominated Khargone district of south-western MP. At the same event, BJP jolted Congress as Pramila Sadhau, sister of former MP minister and fifth time MLA from Maheshwar-SC seat Dr. Vijayalakshmi Sadhau, joined the saffron party.
Addressing the rally, the BJP president attacked the previous 15-month Kamal Nath-led Congress rule, terming it a corrupt government.
Nadda alleged, “Do you know how patriotic that regime was? It removed the chapter on Kargil from the educational curriculum in MP. It was a huge insult to our defense forces. But they (Congress) asked for proof of the surgical strikes carried out by the Modi government on terror camps across the Line of Control."
