Rajasthan: Sachin Pilot says government is in minority.

Now Sachin Pilot has openly declared revolt against Ashok Gehlot.

Ashok Gehlot, Rajasthan Chief Minister had claimed yesterday that he has 106 MLA’s on his side, which is five more than majority mark.

Ashok claims he have support of 122 MLA’s including of Congress and 15 independent members and smaller parties.

Sachin Pilot has changed alot in Rajasthan politics.

Ramesh Meena and Vishwendra Singh are two Rajasthan ministers who are supposed to do camping with Sachin in Delhi.

Gehlot’s count is currently 102 in which 90 are Congress MLA’s and 7 are independent and five are of smaller parties.

Sachin Pilot is against Ashok Gehlot when series of incidents took place over half years.

The most recent incident of Pilot being ignored by Ashok government was during Covid-19 crisis. Pilot was not part of the core team. Usually in every states deputy Chief Minister joins CM in holding meetings while Gehlot preferred holding it to himself.
Supporters of Pilot posted a video showing 16 MLA’s sitting in a circle.

Congress spokesperson Randeep Surejewala urged Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot to come and discuss issues with “an open mind” at Tuesday’s meeting. “The CLP meeting will be held on Tuesday. We request Sachin Pilot and all other MLAs to come. We will also give them in writing to come and discuss the issues,” said Surjewala on Monday night. “Doors are open for Sachin Pilot and other MLAs. They will be heard and solutions found. This is the discipline of the party,” he said.
