The debate over Disha Salian’s mysterious death is heating up again. BJP leader Ram Kadam has reignited the controversy, accusing the former Thackeray government of destroying key evidence. He has demanded a public apology to Disha’s family, saying the previous leaders should apologise with folded hands for the alleged cover-up.

Meanwhile, in the Bombay High Court, Disha’s father has filed a fresh plea demanding a deeper investigation by the Mumbai Police’s SIT or the CBI. But government lawyers claim there’s no suspicious angle here. According to them, it was a suicide, and no one, including Aditya Thackeray, is linked to the case.

BJP Leader Ram Kadam Repeats Cover-Up Claims In Disha Salian Case

Kadam didn’t hold back as he blamed the former government for hiding the truth. He said everyone knows who they were protecting by allegedly covering up this case. He also named ex-cop Sachin Vaze and former Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray as key players in this conspiracy.

Kadam further claimed this wasn’t the only injustice during the Thackeray era. He pointed to the Palghar Sadhu lynching and the Sushant Singh Rajput case, saying no one has received justice in these matters either.

When asked whether BJP leader Nitesh Rane should apologise, Kadam dismissed the question. He doubled down on his demand, saying it is the Thackeray government that should apologise to Disha’s father, because they are the ones who tampered with the evidence.

What Happened The Night Of Disha Salian’s Death?

Disha Salian, a celebrity manager who worked with stars like Sushant Singh Rajput and Varun Sharma, tragically died on June 9, 2020. She fell from a 12th-floor building in Malad, Mumbai. Her death, followed shortly by Sushant’s, sparked widespread public curiosity and countless theories.

In 2022, the issue even reached the Maharashtra Assembly, where BJP MLA Nitesh Rane and Shiv Sena’s Bharat Gogavale demanded a full inquiry. Rane even pushed for a narco test on Aditya Thackeray, which added more fuel to the political drama.

According to a petition, there was a party at Disha’s house the night before she died. The petition claims that political figures like Aditya Thackeray, Suraj Pancholi, and Dino Morea allegedly arrived at the party and that something went seriously wrong after that. It further alleges that Disha was assaulted, and the incident was covered up to silence her forever.

Lawyer Nilesh Ojha has repeatedly shared these accusations, saying top officials wiped out all traces of the crime. The petition also claims that Aditya Thackeray was constantly in touch with police officials and called Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty several times after the incident.

Despite these allegations, the Maharashtra government has strongly denied any wrongdoing. They maintain there’s no evidence linking Aditya Thackeray to the case. For now, the political blame game continues as everyone waits to see what the court decides next.
