Punjab Sends Eighth Batch of Government School Principals to Singapore for Training: CM Bhagwant Mann

Officials said the exposure will allow educators to bring back international best practices and implement them in government schools across the state.

Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Saturday announced that the eighth batch of 30 principals from government schools in Punjab has been sent to Singapore for advanced training as part of the state government’s initiative to strengthen the public education system.

Speaking at a press conference in Chandigarh after flagging off the batch, the chief minister said the programme aims to expose school leaders to modern teaching methods, innovative management practices and global education standards.

Officials said the exposure will allow educators to bring back international best practices and implement them in government schools across the state.
