Russia Victory day: Russia is celebrating the 77th Victory Day today amidst the war with Ukraine. In the victory parade, President Vladimir Putin began his speech by naming the regions of Ukraine. Here Putin mentioned Donbass, Kharkiv and Mariupol. Putin also justified the action taken against Ukraine.

Putin also surrounded NATO on the occasion of Russia's Victory Day. Putin said that NATO was trying to create a threat to Russia through its borders. He further said that the Ukrainian people had also threatened nuclear weapons.

On the occasion of Victory Day, Putin said that we would have had to do this (military action against Ukraine). That was the only right thing. Putin further said that the decision to act on Ukraine was taken by a sovereign strong and independent country.

This Victory Day of Russia has nothing to do with the Ukraine war. Actually, this Victory Day is associated with the Second World War. Today, on May 9, at the midnight of 1945, the Second World War officially ended in the northern parts of Europe and Africa.

Russia is celebrating its annual Victory Day on 09 May to commemorate the victory recorded over Nazi Germany in the Second World War in 1945. The first Victory Day Parade was held on June 24, 1945. During this, Russian soldiers not only fought the Nazis for Moscow, but also defended Leningrad and Stalingrad. After this, he took out a spectacular Victory Day parade on Red Square.

This year also the Victory Day Parade is being held on this occasion. It is being organized at Red Square in Moscow. In the year 2020, due to the Corona epidemic, the Victory Day Parade was organized on 24 June instead of 09 May.
