Stock Market Update: Today’s Top Gainers List

Stock Market Update: Selling is being seen in the domestic stock market today amid mixed global signals. After the quarterly results, the market mood has worsened due to selling in stocks like RIL and Infosys. Both Sensex and Nifty indices have weakened in trading.

There is a fall of about 200 points in the Sensex, then the Nifty has also come down to 16700. IT, Auto and Realty stocks are under pressure in today’s trading.

The IT index on Nifty has weakened by more than half a percent. However, the Bank and Financial Index have gained more than half a percent on the Nifty. Metal index is also showing in green mark.

FMCG and Pharma are in the red mark. At present, there is a weakness of 184 points in the Sensex and it is trading at the level of 55,887.96. While the Nifty is trading at the level of 16676, weakening by 44 points.

Today’s Top Gainers –

Heavyweight stocks have a mixed reaction. 18 stocks of Sensex 30 are in green mark. ICICIBANK, TATASTEEL, INDUSINDBK, AXISBANK, KOTAKBANK and BHARTIARTL are among today’s top gainers.

Today Axis Bank, Tata Steel and Tech Mahindra are going to release their results for the June quarter. Apart from these, the results of Canara Bank, Macrotech Developers, KPIT Technologies, Anupam Rasayan, Central Bank of India, Century Textiles, Chennai Petroleum, Craftsman Automation, IEX, Tatva Chintan, Tejas Networks will also come out today.

Yes Bank’s profit increased by 50 percent year-on-year to Rs 310.63 crore. The profit of the bank has increased due to reduction in provisioning for bad loans. At the same time, the net interest income has increased by 32 percent on an annual basis to 1850 crores. The bank’s credit growth stood at 14 per cent, while deposits grew at 18 per cent.
