They worked on the car for approximately five years. Abdul Baqi Haqqani, the Taliban's minister of higher education, presented the supercar, and a video of it was uploaded to social media. The organization that built this car is called ENTOP.

All about the SuperCar Mada 9
It is a concept model at this time. It was constructed by a team of at least 30 engineers from ENTOP and the Afghanistan Technical Vocational Institute (ATVI) in Kabul.
