Tata Altroz EV to soon enter the Indian electric vehicle market? Expected to offer 300+kms of range, all we know so far

Tata Altroz EV: At the 2019 Geneva Motor Show, the electric Altroz hatchback debuted. The pandemic and the extreme chip shortage prevented the production model from going on sale when it was planned. According to reports, the next EV will use the battery and electric drivetrain from the Nexon EV.

Tata Altroz EV expected specifications

A 26 kWh battery is coupled to a single electric motor in the Tata Altroz EV. The car’s range will be a respectable 306 km with the help of this battery. Regarding top speed, the Altroz EV sports mode will have a top speed of 140 km/h. Fast charging is available in this vehicle, allowing you to charge it completely in eight hours.

Expected Features

With Altroz EV, you’ll get a variety of contemporary features, like Apple CarPlay, Android Auto Play, a touchscreen infotainment system, a tyre pressure monitor, keyless entry, push-button starting, and all contemporary features like ABS and EBD.

Expected price in India

The Tata Altroz EV will be introduced in the new year with a starting price of about 11 lakhs, which is a very competitive price.
