There is a piece of good news for pensioners. Now you don’t have to worry about pension-related problems. A special online portal has been prepared by the government for redressal of pension-related to ex-servicemen and their dependents.
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh announced this new portal on ‘Armed Forces Veterans Day.
The name of this special portal is ‘Raksha Pension Shikayat Nivaran Portal through which ex-servicemen can directly register their grievances in the department of ex-servicemen welfare(DESW).
Giving information about this on Twitter, Rajnath Singh wrote, I am happy to announce the setting up of Raksha Pension Shikayat Nivaran Portal designed to dedicatedly redress pension, including family pension-related grievances of ESM and their dependents for speedy redressal. The portal will enable to lodge of grievances directly with DESW.
