This 10 Indian Cities Are Facing Severe Heatwave

The heat wave continues in many states of the country including Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh. Situation is that in many districts the temperature has reached above 45 degrees.

At some places, the humidity and the ever-increasing heat have made it difficult for people to live. Meanwhile, a warning has been issued by the Indian Meteorological Department. According to meteorologists, the temperature is going to be even higher in the coming four to five days. It is clear that there is no hope of getting relief from the heat in the coming days as well.

According to the Indian Meteorological Department, there is no hope of getting relief from the heat wave at the moment. Heat wave conditions will continue in western Rajasthan as well. At the same time, heat wave will continue for the next five days in Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha. Similar situation will prevail in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Western Uttar Pradesh also. However, after May 2, the temperature may decrease by one to two degrees. In Bihar, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Maharashtra also, there is no hope of getting relief from heat wave.

According to the Indian Meteorological Department, the minimum temperature in the capital Delhi today will be 26 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature will reach 44 degrees. Whereas in Gujarat the mercury will go up to 45 degrees. The maximum temperature in MP is likely to be 43 degrees. The mercury can cross 40 degrees in Uttarakhand. The maximum temperature in UP is likely to go up to 44 degrees. Whereas in Bihar the mercury can reach up to 39 degree Celsius.

Najafgarh and Pitampura, Delhi – 45.9
Daltonganj, Jharkhand – 45.7
Brahmapuri, Vidarbha – 45.6
Fursatganj, Uttar Pradesh – 45.4

The Meteorological Department issues four color alerts for weather warnings. ‘Green Alert’ (no action required), ‘Yellow Alert’ (keep an eye on the situation), ‘Orange Alert’ (be prepared to deal with the situation) and ‘Red Alert’ (take steps to deal with the situation).
