Top 5 most fuel efficient scooters: Automatic scooters are now considered to be practical and comfortable substitutes for commuter bikes, and several brands have recently introduced extremely powerful and fuel-efficient products in this market. Here is a list of the top 5 most fuel-efficient scooters in India that you should look at if you're looking to get a new scooter for daily commuting.

Yamaha Fascino Hybrid 125

With a stated fuel economy of 68.75 km/l, the new Fascino mild-hybrid is currently India's most fuel-efficient 125cc scooter. The peak power and torque output of the 125cc air-cooled engine powering the Fascino hybrid are 8.2 PS and 10.3 Nm, respectively. The scooter's starting price for the drum version is Rs 76,600.

2. Yamaha RAYZR 125

The Yamaha YARZR 125 is the second most fuel-efficient scooter in the nation and is supplied with a comparable powertrain as the Fascino Hybrid 125, with a starting price of Rs 80,730 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Five variations of the scooter are available: the drum, disc, DLX, MotoGP, and Street Rally Edition.

3. Honda Activa 6G

In India, the Honda Activa is a well-known brand that has dominated the market with a well-rounded and dependable package. The 109.51 cc petrol engine that powers the Activa 6G produce a maximum output of 7.79 PS and 8.84 Nm of torque. Priced at Rs 73,086 (ex-showroom), it is said to have a fuel economy of 60 kilometres per litre.

4. TVS Jupiter

One of the most competitive alternatives to the Honda Activa in the Indian market is the TVS Jupiter, which boasts a claimed fuel efficiency of 62 km/l. It is available with a 110cc engine that has an inetlliGo idle/start-stop function, and the base variant costs Rs 69,990 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

5. Suzuki Access 125

The 124cc, fuel-injected petrol engine of the Suzuki Access 125 makes it one of the most useful and pleasant scooters in its class. The scooter's claimed fuel efficiency is 64 kilometres per litre. If you're curious, the Suzuki Access 125 starts at Rs 77,600. (ex-showroom, Delhi).
