Toyota Raize to launch in India soon? Will rival Maruti Suzki Brezza in the Indian market, all we know

Toyota Raize: To expand its presence in the SUV market, Toyota Motors has unveiled the teaser for a new vehicle, the Toyota Raize. The Toyota Raize was introduced with a fresh look and is being seen as a direct rival to the Maruti Brezza. Although its features are almost the same as those of the Brezza, its appearance will be entirely different. Only a picture of the car has surfaced thus far; no details about it have been disclosed.

Toyota Raize details

3,995 mm in length and 1,695 mm in width make up the Toyota Raize, which is sold on the international market. The car's huge 17-inch tyres and flared fenders give it an SUV appearance while being a tiny vehicle. Also available in this SUV is the 369-litre trunk. On its DNGA platform, the business constructed this SUV.

Engine and Transmission

The Raize, however, features a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine, and the business has also released it in the Japanese market. The 1.5 litre K15C petrol engine found in the Maruti Brezza, however, is a launch option for it in this market. There are 100.6 PS and 136 Nm of torque produced by this engine. Both a 6-speed automatic transmission and a 5-speed manual transmission are connected to it. Furthermore, it's conceivable that the business will offer a CNG version as well.

Features

It might take several elements from the existing Maruti Brezza. This includes a sunroof, a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless charging, Apple Car Play and Android Auto compatibility, a TFT colour display, ambient lighting, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel in addition to twin LED projector headlamps. In addition, the business can add sophisticated safety systems for increased safety.

Expected Price in India

It is anticipated that the Toyota Raize will be sold for a starting price of Rs. 10 lakh, though this price may go up for the top variant.
