Engine details

The 124.8cc fuel-injected two-valve engine of the Jupiter 125 produces 8.3PS and 10.5Nm. It provided 52.91kmpl on the interstate and 57.27kmpl in the city during our testing.

With fuel injection, the Suzuki Access 125’s 124cc single-cylinder engine runs even more smoothly than before. The engine’s output is now listed as 8.7PS and 10Nm with the BS6 upgrades; this is the same power but a 0.2Nm decrease in torque.

Features

LED headlights, taillamps, and DRLs are just a few of the features that the Jupiter 125 is equipped with. Halogen bulbs are used for the indicators. The scooter also includes a useful semi-digital instrument console that displays the distance till empty, mileage, fuel level, and an Eco/Power indicator. A Bluetooth connectivity capability was not included by TVS, but the company has stated that it will add it if the market demands it. A front petrol filler cap, a class-leading 33-litre boot, a two-litre front cubby space, and a multi-function key are just a few of the practical features found on the Jupiter 125. For increased fuel efficiency, there is also an idling-stop-start system in addition to the silent starter that comes as standard equipment.

Suzuki updated the Access 125 to BS6 and added a few new features. After which, a chrome bezel is added to the LED headlight. As you ride the scooter economically, an eco-assist indicator, which is essentially a bar that changes from blue to green, appears on the semi-digital display panel. On the Access 125, you finally get an external fuel filler cap, which ought to make it simple to fill up with fuel. Together with the Suzuki Ride Link feature, Suzuki also unveiled additional versions. With the help of this Bluetooth-enabled smartphone-compatible instrument cluster, you can access functions like turn-by-turn navigation, call/SMS/WhatsApp warnings, overspeeding alerts, trip sharing, and last-parked position. Access 125’s functionality is greatly improved by all of these improvements.

The starting and maximum prices for the TVS Jupiter 125 are Rs. 82,475 and Rs. 90,375. There are 3 variations of the TVS Jupiter 125.
