Volkswagen: VW revealed last month that starting on April 1, 2023, it would increase prices across its entire model line by up to 2%. The firm has now disclosed the most recent list prices for each model in its line-up.

Volkswagen cars price hike
The cost of the Volkswagen Tiguan has significantly increased by Rs. 70,900 and is now listed at Rs. 34,19,900. (ex-showroom). In contrast, depending on the variation, Virtus earned a raise of between Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 20,000. The price of the VW Taigun has also increased, ranging from Rs. 6,000 to Rs. 45,000, depending on the trim.
The reason behind the hike
The brand has not yet explained the price increase, although it is most likely a result of the expense of updating the powertrain to comply with the most recent RDE requirements.
