Volvo Launches C40 Recharge In India; Specs And Price Details Here

Volvo C40 Recharge: After recently unveiling its all new electric SUV, Volvo C40 Recharge in Indian. The  Automaker has launched the car in the Indian Automobile market. The bookings for C40 recharge will start from today onwards i.e  September 5, 2023.

The all new Volvo C40 Recharge is a second all-electric offering by the brand.  C40 Recharge is based on the XC40 Recharge, it is offered in sole electric powertrain and don’t comes with any ICE variant . It seems that C40 Recharge is the coupe avatar of XC40  Recharge, the new vehicle is also based on the same CMA platform.

As far as the features are concerned, the new electric SUV comes with a 9 inch touchscreen infotainment system. The vehicle also comes with wood elements on the dashboards. On the seats, there is vegan leather upholstery. It also boasts a 12.3 inches digital driver display with Android Auto and Apple Car Play. The vehicle comes equipped with Harmon Kardon Sound System, dual-zone cliate controls, wireless charging and panoramic sunroof, ADAS and 360 degree camera.

Volvo C40 Recharge: Powertrain

C40 Recharge comes with a dual motor setup coupled with a 78 KWh battery pack. As per brand claims, the vehicle provides the drive range of 530 km on a solitary charge. It also supports fast charging with a 150 KW DC charger that can charge this vehicle from 0-100 percent in just 27 minutes.

The Dual electric motors of the vehicle generates the maximum power output of 408 bhp and a peak torque of 660 Nm. Talking about the acceleration, it sprints from 0-100 kmph in 4.7 seconds. The vehicle has a top speedof 180 Kmph.
