Jim Dukhovny, Dr. Constantine Kisly, Pavel Markin, and Oleg Petrov are four technological giants that started the business in 2015. The first drawing of an actual flying car was allegedly made on a cafe napkin, according to the company’s official website. The initial build time prediction made by the company’s founders was for the car to take roughly six months.

Alef Aeronautics created its first prototype in 2016 to satisfy a number of criteria, including the capacity for vertical takeoff, affordability, and car-like driving. Model A, according to the manufacturer, has a flying range of up to 110 miles and a driving range of 200 miles. The business also stated that by the end of 2022, over 440 reservations had been made for the vehicle, which started presales in October of that year.

Since 2019, Alef Aeronautics’ prototypes have been put through test drives and test flights. According to reports, Model A will probably start being produced in 2025’s fourth quarter. Additionally, the business intends to create new models, such as the Model Z sedan, a four-seater that will make its debut in 2035 and start at $35,000, according to the corporation. More than 300 miles of flying range and more than 200 miles of driving range are anticipated for the Model Z.
