Yamaha MT-09: It appears like Yamaha is finally delivering some of its larger motorcycles to India. Previously teased motorcycles like the R7 and MT-07 are now on exhibit. Dealers were shown the MT-09, MT-07, and MT-03 streetfighters as well as the R3 and R7 faired bikes at a conference. All of these motorcycles will be available from Yamaha by the end of the year. Along with all of these bikes, Yamaha also displayed a brand-new R15 V4 colour that is all white and is scheduled to go on sale in India in the near future.
In this article, we will focus on MT-09 and tell you all about the amazing bike.
An 890cc, three-cylinder in-line engine with 117 horsepower and 93 pound-feet of torque powers the MT-09. Six-speed gearing, a slipper clutch, an assist clutch, and a rapid shifter for clutch-free upshifts are used to transmit this power to the rear wheels.
Features
A bold visual aesthetic and a powerful fuel tank are features of the bike. The MT-09 has split headlamps up front, each of which includes an LED headlamp and LED daytime running lights. Additionally, it gets a split LED headlight unit, a reworked seat, larger air intake scoops, and a trimmer tail section.
Expected launch in India
There are currently no details about the Yamaha MT-09's introduction in India. But in the second part of 2023, we anticipate seeing this motorbike on our market.
