Youth Commits Suicide Over Canada Study Visa Brings Delay

Angered over alleged delay in getting visa for Canada, a 23-year-old youth committed suicide by jumping into Narwana branch canal in Haryana’s Kurukshetra. The police gave this information on Saturday.

However, a day after the youth committed suicide, his visa reached his home.

According to the police, the body of the youth was found floating in the canal on Friday evening.

According to the police, Vikesh Saini of Jhansa village of Kurukshetra wanted to go to Canada for further studies. Vikesh has recently completed his graduation.

Police said Vikesh was upset over not getting a Canadian visa.

Jhansa station in-charge Rajpal Singh told that Vikesh had left his house on the night of August 17.

His family members and the police started looking for him the next day. His family members found his motorcycle and slippers on the banks of the canal.

After the post-mortem on Saturday, Vikesh’s body was handed over to the family members.
