CBSE 10th 12th Results 2025: Know When and Where to Check Your Scorecards

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to declare the results of Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations between May 12 and May 25, 2025. With lakhs of students awaiting their scorecards, the official confirmation of the result date is expected any day now.

The Class 10 exams were conducted from February 15 to March 18, while Class 12 examinations were held from February 15 to April 4 this year. Students can check their results through the official CBSE websites — cbse.gov.in, results.cbse.nic.in, and cbseresults.nic.in — by entering their roll number and date of birth.

CBSE will also release digital marksheets and certificates via:

DigiLocker: Students will receive six-digit access codes to retrieve their documents.

UMANG App: Available on Android and iOS platforms for result access. 

CBSE will also provide digital marksheets and certificates via the DigiLocker platform. Students will be sent a secure six-digit access code on their registered mobile numbers to log into DigiLocker and download their documents. Additionally, the UMANG app can be used to view results and related updates.

How to Check Your Result

Visit any of the official CBSE result websites.

Click on the link for Class 10 or Class 12 results.

Enter your application number and date of birth.

Submit the details to view and download your scorecard.

As per the board's guidelines, a student must score at least 33% marks in each subject to pass the examination. Those who do not meet the criteria may appear for the compartment exams expected to be held later this summer.

Students are advised to remain calm and keep their login credentials ready as they await their results.
