A Tale of Jealousy, Disputes, and a Horrific Murder in Delhi

In 2019, Puja and Jitendra began their relationship as roommates. Jitendra already had a wife. He went back to his wife and son after spending three years with Pooja. This infuriated Pooja, who thought that Jitendra's reluctantness to divorce his wife was due to his son, who was then 11 years old. "As Jitender was already married and had a son, he assured her that he will get married in Court after getting a divorce from his wife. Jitender and Pooja started living together in a rented house. Meanwhile, a quarrel started between Jitender and Pooja on the point of divorcing his wife. After some time Jitender refused to get divorced from his wife," a police official said. On August 10, Pooja found Jitendra's home in Inderpuri with the aid of a mutual friend, and made it there. The youngster was asleep on the bed when she got to the house, and the door was open. She strangled the youngster to death out of rage. She then retrieved clothing from the box bed's storage area and placed the deceased inside.
