Haryana to reopen schools for higher secondary ?

The Haryana government has decided to open schools located in the state from June 1, 2021. The state government has allowed schools to be opened for students of classes 9 to 12. Earlier, the Haryana government had declared the summer vacation as pre-determined period due to the Covid-19 epidemic, which will last till May 31, 2021.

However, the state government has also issued necessary guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the schools to be opened from June 1, which will be compulsory for all schools, teaching and non-teaching staff.

From June 2021, the Haryana Directorate of Education has sent to all the district offices for the opening of the schools and also asked for details of infrastructure including benches, rooms etc. in the schools located in their area. Various districts of the state are witnessing the impact of Corona epidemic and decrease in cases of infection, due to which the Education Department has ordered the schools to be opened.

However, as per the directives issued by the directorate, the same student will have to sit on a bench in schools.

These instructions have been made compulsory for students of classes 9 to 12 to open from June 1.

  1. A student can sit on a bench.
  2. There should be social distancing from school to school.
  3. Use of Purnsal Hand Sanitizer.
  4. Putting on a face mask.
    5.Do not share your personal things with whom.
  5. Clean the places that are frequently touched (tabletop, doorknobs, handles, etc.)
