Mirzapur is a religious city. People here do most of the work from the point of view of religion. Does it cause problems or not. Answering this question, District Magistrate Divya Mittal says in a simple tone, 'Man should not think that I should not do anything, whatever God has written, he will get it. Instead of this, one should work hard and believe that if God is with me then success will definitely come. I was born in Delhi. But the family is originally from Rewari, Haryana. After doing 10th and 12th from Delhi itself, I did B.Tech and then MBA from IIM Bangalore.
Divya tells that after getting married, she and her husband got a job in London on a very good package. But in the other country, both of them did not feel like for long. Both of them resigned and returned to India from London. After this he started preparing for IAS. Got selected in IPS in 2012 and got Gujarat cadre. Qualified the IAS exam in 2013 only during training.
District Magistrate Divya Mittal says that a few days before Navratri, deployment was found in Mirzapur. Due to Vindhyavasini Dham, Mirzapur becomes the center of the entire state during Navratri. I didn't even know the names of the officers. It was a big challenge for me. Along with planning such a grand fair, I also had to make my own repo. But with the blessings of the mother, the fair was completed safely. The devotees did not face any kind of trouble. As far as Vindhya Corridor is concerned, this is a very important task. Our team is working diligently. According to the wishes of the Chief Minister, the shape of the corridor will be visible within 6 months.
People's representatives should be listened to, I used to do private jobs in London, so I cannot tell the comparative difference between politics there and here. But politicians are the representatives of the people. All of us officers must listen to him because he puts the side of the public in front of us. Sometimes his supporters do not tell him the right thing. But in today's time, the people's representatives are so mature that if we give information about the right facts, then they understand.

👉 Physical distance
Keep the phone with the internet switched off and away from you while studying. You can also keep it locked and with a parent/ friend. Heavens will not fall while you are studying and if it is something urgent, you will get the message.
👉 Technological solution:

Use apps like Blackout to block internet for at least 6 hours every day. Force yourself to study in that time. It is not a free app, but it is very effective. Once it blacks out the phone, you can't go back for the period
👉 Early morning study
— Divya Mittal (@divyamittal_IAS) October 29, 2022
Keep the alarm away from you, on loud volume. Most likely once you get up from the bed to switch off the alarm, you will decide to not go back to sleep and study. Early morning study is the best these days especially as it has lesser distractions
To increase focus
— Divya Mittal (@divyamittal_IAS) October 29, 2022
👉Keep short focused Sessions
- Do 90-minute/2 hr intensely focused sessions
- Take 15 min break after every session
You cannot maintain focus for longer than that at one go. Measure the session. Till the alarm goes off, dont do anything else but study
