NTPC Releases Its Exam Calendar

Railway (Indian Railway) has fixed the deadline for declaring the results of its recruitment examinations and providing jobs for the first time. Under this, 35,281 candidates selected in the Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC) examination will be given jobs in March 2023. This step has brought relief to one lakh candidates who have appeared in the examinations at different stages and are waiting for the results.

After four years, Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) NTPC Exam 2022 was conducted to fill 35,281 vacancies in different railway zones and production units of Indian Railways. Officials said that the results of 7,124 candidates in level six were declared in September, their medical examination and document verification is being done.

Soon the whole process will be completed

Out of 21 RRBs, 17 have already declared their final results, while the rest will be out soon. As per the Railway's timeline, the Level 5 result will be out by the third week of November and their document verification and medical examination will be completed by the second week of December.

The list will be ready by January

They will be listed for the job by the third week of January. The results of the candidates who appeared for the Level 4 job exam will be out by the second week of January, after which the verification of their documents and medical examination will be completed by the first week of February.

Selected people will be listed in February itself. The shortlisting for Level 3 jobs will be completed by the first week of March 2023, while the entire process for Level 2 jobs will be completed by the fourth week of March 2023.

How many types of posts will be appointed?

These jobs include jobs like Station Master, Goods Guard, Commercial Apprentice, Ticket Clerk, Junior Accounts Assistant, Senior Clerk & Typist and Timekeeper. RRB NTPC recruitment process consists of stages of Computer Based Examination, Typing Skill Test, Document Verification and Medical Examination. The notification for RRB NTPC exam was released on 28 February 2019.
