He wrote, “On #KargilVijayDiwas we pay our humble tribute to the sacrifices of our great martyrs. We with all gratitude offer a 100% Special Scholarship “शौर्य सम्मान” to the wards of great martyrs.”
This scholarship program is exclusively designed to offer financial aid of up to 100% to the dependents of these valiant soldiers.
