Telangana: Mother-daughter duo from Khammam clears police fitness exam

Telangana: In a touching scenario, a woman and her daughter in Telangana’s Khammam district successfully passed the police fitness test together. On December 14th, the incident took place at the grounds of the Police Parade.

The mother, Tholla Nagamani, a 38-year-old female police officer, and her daughter, Tholla Trilokini, 21, pulled off an extraordinary achievement. They both passed the physical requirements for the positions of police sub-inspector.

Exceptional performance in physical tests

The mother-daughter team performed exceptionally well in the physical efficiency test and physical measurement tests that were held yesterday at the Police Parade grounds to select stipendiary cadet trainees for the position of police sub-inspector/constable.

Tholla Nagamani on clearing exam with daughter

Tholla Nagamani declared it to be a proud and joyous day for her family, saying, “I feel proud my daughter too got selected today, on the same day I gave my exams. Now we will both work as police officers. I feel elated and very proud that we accomplished that.”
