UP News: UP kids will get Smart Education, budget allotted for all segments!

UP News: And in some Good news for the students studying in UP, all the Government schools of Uttar Pradesh will now function on the lines of a Convent school . All the Teachers will be given laptops and the class rooms will be converted into smart class rooms. Under the new project all the secondary school teachers and students will be trained and provided with Tablets. All the schools will have smart classes.

Teachers will be given Laptops, tablets for students

In the meeting held by the authorities, a rough lay out has been made to organize and deliver tablets and Laptops to the teachers. The Chief Secretary said that the procurement should be done at the earliest. Approval has been given to purchase two tablets each for teachers of 10375 primary schools and 8778 upper primary schools and 2204 government secondary schools.

Funds allotted for all the segments

The authorities have also given nod for the funds for Teachers, 57.01 crore will be allotted for the teachers of Secondary education. 40.18 crore for Vocational Education, 31.72 for National Innovation Campaign. Rs 329.08 crores for Teachers salary, Sports activities and other areas. Similarly, budget provision has been made for other items. 957.22 crore for the upgradation of 209 Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas and 70.676 crores for the facility of dormitories.
