5 Things Tejasswi Prakash does to stay Fit and Fabulous

Tejasswi Prakash: Bigg Boss 15 winner Tejasswi Prakash has become a household name these days. People not just Love her in the popular TV show ‘Naagin’ but adore her real-life personality as well. And it’s not just her style stamen that people look up to. But her toned and fit body often becomes the topic of discussion. Meanwhile, Tejasswi Prakash has always stated on how going to the gym on regular basis is not really her thing, but there are 5 things in particular that the reality queen follows to keep fit, healthy and fabulous!

Opts for 2 coffee shots before Workout

Before starting her workout, Tejasswi Prakash opts to take 2 shots of filtered black coffee, as a Pre-workout drink. This helps in boosting her energy and acts as a perfect drink before workout. At times, she also goes on to add 1 teaspoon of coconut milk in it.

Tejasswi goes for Burpees and crunches

Instead of going to the gym and following a hardcore workout routine, Tejasswi opts to do burpees and crunches at home. This routine helps her in keeping her body fit and toned.

Cereals and oatmeal for Breakfast

Tejasswi is a big foodie but when it comes breakfast, she opts to take something healthy, yet Yummy! In the morning she takes oatmeal and cereals to fill her stomach.

Chakrasana for a toned body

Her home workout session is a mix of different yoga poses, and the one which is followed the most by Bigg Boss fame is ‘Chakrasana’. After going for some hardcore plank, she opts for deep stretching and muscle related exercises. And Chakrasana is one of her favourites.

Tejasswi enjoys Cycling

Other than Yoga and stretching, the ‘Naagin’ fame also opts to go for cycling to stay fit and healthy. In order for muscle toning, improved cardiovascular health and for better blood circulation, she goes to do cycling on a regular basis.
