Urfi Javed: The Bigg Boss OTT fame, is often seen wearing bold and out of the box outfits, and for that she desires to have a toned and fit body. There are times when she flaunts her belly, then her legs and at times she wears outfits, in which she can be seen flaunting her back or waist. Urfi really wants her final look to turn out the way she wants it to. For that she wants a Toned and lean body. While there was a time when Urfi had gained a lot of weight and followed a strict diet and health routine, to get back in shape. This is what Urfi Javed Has for Breakfast!

According to sources, Urfi starts her day with hot warm water with lemon and honey added into it. She mostly skips her meal and directly goes for lunch.

Things she Avoids!

Urfi Javed makers sure to avoid sugar and maida in her diet. There was a time when she gained a lot of weight and in order to get back in shape, her last meal of the day used to be at 4pm. Even today she follows it at times, but not all the time.

Urfi Javed’s Lunch

According to sources, the social media sensation opts for a heavy lunch and consumes grilled fish, legumes, at times she goes for eating biryani and green leafy vegetable is also something she opts for.

Urfi’s Workout Routine

In one of her old interviews, Urfi stated on how she does not have a fixed workout routine and she is really not into gymming and other things. But there are times when she opts to go for MMA training and does some simple Yoga at home.

Urfi Javed’s Dinner

Urfi opts taboos rice for dinner and mostly eat in small portions. Dal, roti, a lot of Salad, curd and sabzi is her go to meal.
Other than that, she has also stated that there are a lot of times when she cheats and goes for eating pizza or Biryani. Where, Mughlai cuisine is her favourite one and something she opts for in case she is craving something good and heavy.
