In a media statement shared by digital creator Viral Bhayani on Instagram, followers got a glimpse of Aamir Khan’s family’s response. The caption featured an exact excerpt from the statement, beginning with the request, “A kind request to the media to show empathy!” It went on to reveal that the family is collectively appalled by the hurtful and misleading remarks made by Faissal Khan in his recent interviews.
They say, “We are distressed by Faissal’s hurtful and misleading portrayal of his mother Zeenat Tahir Husain, his sister Nikhat Hegde, and his brother Aamir“. Then the statement addresses Faissal’s allegations by saying that every medical action taken for Faissal was taken collectively by the family.
They had consulted with several doctors for Faissal’s care and wanted only his emotional and psychological well-being. Thus, they feel pain from the false allegations of Faissal and demand that media channels refrain from further scandalising this utterly private matter of their family. In a recent Pinkvilla interview, Faissal Khan again spoke ill of his brother Aamir. He claims that Aamir had kept him locked in their Mumbai home for over one year by marking him as mentally ill.
Remembering the time, she said about his family that, “They were saying I’ve got schizophrenia and I’m a mad person. I can harm society“. He claimed that his entire family was against him, and he kept on thinking, “ki yaar, main iss chakravyuh se kaise niklu?“.
