Aarti Khetarpal Debuts At Cannes 2026 In Vrindavan-Inspired Lehenga
For her Cannes appearance, Aarti Khetarpal wore a golden traditional lehenga designed by Sulakshana Monga. The outfit featured detailed embroidery, rich craftsmanship, and devotional motifs inspired by Vrindavan’s spiritual heritage. The ensemble gave a regal yet sacred feel, merging heritage design with red carpet elegance.
She replaced a luxury handbag with a Bhagavad Gita sourced from Gita Press, making it the central highlight of her look. This unusual accessory choice reinforced her message of faith and reverence for sacred Indian texts. Alongside this, she carried a custom spiritual chanting bag designed by Priyanka Bansal. It featured the Hare Krishna maha-mantra as a visual symbol of her Vaishnava identity.
Aarti’s styling also included handcrafted Polki jewellery curated by stylist Tanya Jain. One of the most significant elements was her Tulsi Kanthi mala, a sacred basil bead necklace traditionally associated with devotion. The piece was specially customised by Aarti herself.

Bhakti Performance At Cannes 2026
Beyond her red carpet debut, Aarti Khetarpal is also scheduled to perform live at the Cannes Gala Event on May 16, 2026. The performance will showcase Sanatana Dharma-inspired Bhakti music to an international audience at the French Riviera.
The showcase is being organised in collaboration with designers Andres Aquino and Anjali Phougat.
