Sunita Ahuja, actor Govinda’s wife, has made her debut as a vlogger with a fun video on her YouTube channel. The 20-minute vlog follows her trip from Mumbai to Chandigarh, where she visited the Maa Mahakali and Kal Bhairav temples.
Sunita Ahuja Talks About Her Marriage To Govinda
Sunita started the vlog at the airport, joking about her fame. She called herself the “internet queen” and spoke about her life with Govinda. She said, “Woh mera pati hai mera sirf mera (He is my husband, only mine).”
She opened up about a difficult year and shared, “Pata nahi kitne logo ne kya kya bakwas kiya mere baare mein, family k baare mein (Don’t know how many people have said what about me and my family).”
On the flight, she bought a box of poha for Rs 500 and later joked that she could have bought five kilos from home. She also introduced her “beta”, Mukesh, who has been with her family since he was 14.
Sunita then recalled the first gift she received from Govinda – a Mysore saree, which she still keeps. She revealed how Govinda praises her by saying, “Are Sona kitni achi lagrahi hai tu. Mahalakshmi lagti ho, mera beta (You look so nice. You look like Mahalakshmi, my baby).”
Sunita Says Maa Kali Will Cut Heads Of Those Who Plan To Break Her Marriage
One of the most entertaining part of the vlog was Sunita’s visit to the Maa Mahakali Temple, which she reached riding pillion on a motorcycle for the first time. She broke down in tears and said, “Koi bhi mera ghar todne ki koshish kare…jo bhi mera dil dukhayega, yeh Maa Kali sabke gale kaat k rakh degi. Ek acche insaan ko, acchi aurat ko dukh dena acchi baat nahi hai. Mujhe aur kisipe vishwas nahi hai (Whoever tries to break my home…whoever hurts me, Maa Kali will punish them. It’s not right to hurt a good person, a good woman. I trust no one else).”
Sunita also shared a paranormal experience when she felt someone push her from behind. She called it a “tantra” and prayed that the person would face consequences. She later bought alcohol to offer at her next temple visit and reminded fans not to hurt dogs, which are considered the vehicle of Kal Bhairav.
The vlog ended on a lighter note with Sunita teasing Mukesh. When he said he wanted to stay back, she joked about who would feed him. She captioned the post: “Aab mein paise chapugi (Now I’ll earn money).”

Govinda and Sunita married in 1987 and have two children, Tina Ahuja and Yashvardan Ahuja. Last year, Govinda was hospitalised after a bullet injury to his leg. Divorce rumours circulated later, but Sunita dismissed them and said, “Positive hai ya negative hai. Positive hai mujhe pata hai. Mai sochti hu kuttey hai log bhaukenge (Whether it’s positive or negative… I know it’s positive. People are like dogs—they will bark).”
