Adipurush: Makers of Adipurush unveiled a new poster of the magnum opus on the occasion of Ram Navami on March 30. The Prabhas and Kriti Sanon starrer also features Sunny Singh and Devdatta Nage. Adipurush releases on June 16.
The makers of the film launched the poster amid the chanting of mantra on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami.
Dharma, courage, and sacrifice
The poster shows Prabhas as Raghav, Kriti Sanon as Janaki, Sunny Singh as Shesh, and Devdatta Nage bowing down to them as Bajrang Bali. The film carries forward the virtue of God Ram which entails dharma, courage, and sacrifice. The makers have tried to reflect all that in the poster.
Sharing the new poster of Adipurush, Prabhas wrote, “Mantron se badhke tera naam Jai Shri Ram.” Check out the poster below!
As Ram Navami celebrates the birthdat of Lord Shri Ram and the beginning of goodness, the makers reveal a significant symbol of divinity that marks victory of dharma over adharma.
About Adipurush
Adipurush is one of the most highly anticipated films of the year. Prabhas plays the central character of Raghava, the king of Ayodhya, in the film. The story is set 7,000 years ago, and it depicts Raghava’s journey to Lanka, how he rescues his wife Janaki (played by Kriti Sanon), who was abducted by Lankesh.
Saif Ali Khan his debut in Telugu cinema with Adipurush where he plays the role of the lead antagonist Lankesh. Adipurush, directed by Om Raut is produced by T- Series, Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles and will be released globally on 16th June 2023.
